One Little Pill: One Big Responsibility

The original One Little Pill Program was developed, written and produced by Lynn and James Stilwell in 1999-2000. Our goal was to develop a training tool that could be used by a licensed nurse providing medication administration training to unlicensed personnel in a variety of community settings and regulatory environments. Since that time, the program has been used successfully in a variety of settings by many nurses in many different states. We continue to provide the program and support to current and new users of One Little Pill. Our family team began and continues to support the One Little Pill Program as a labor of love.

We continue to explore how to update the program as states are increasingly requiring specific curricula for medication administration training.
